An Interesting Find

On 07/16 I again toured the mostly demolished Laurens Mill. This was old ground for me, but I did find something new that I’d like to share. I also got some really nice sunset lit pictures.

Tucked at the back of the plant was a window that used to be in a basement room. It appears this was an original window that was bricked up as the plant was expanded AND a wall was put on the other side of the window at some date. Somehow the window survived the demolition that sheared away the walls adjacent to the fragile wood and glass artifact of time...

On the other side of the window the devastation of demolition is more apparent.
