Dance With an Angel
Poem for Day 076 – 20150317
I once danced with an angel,
a lifetime spent in moments,
touching the hand of heaven,
divine awareness of dance.
Singular paragon of motion,
lend me your graceful hand.
Echo this humble lead,
your seraphim of dance.
You are weightless in my arms,
as we swing to cherub's chords.
I can almost see your wings
beatific partner of dance.
An angel graced my arms,
visiting perfection blessed so.
Now I can only dream about
when I dance with an angel again.
