My username is greensh because that's an abbreviation for my legal name.

My journal is titled "Journey to Ixtlan" because it is a reference to a spiritual journal. "Journey to Ixtlan" comes from the book of the same name. In this book Carlos meets a teacher don Genaro. Don Genero tells Carlos of his journey to a place called Ixtlan. To me this is a lesson about life, and hence the name of my LJ blog.' . Poignant quotes from the book are in this blog entry.

My subtitle is "(are we there yet?)" because Don Genero says, "I will never reach Ixtlan". The journey is continuous, with each moment being a passing destination.

My friends page is called "Pan-dimensional Life Forms" because you guys are just that. The original source is The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.
